Naya Homes is located in Mexico, in the regions of Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico City, and Cabo.
Both Naya Homes and Airbnb are both platforms that connect homeowners with travelers looking for short-term accommodations. However, there are some key differences between the two.
Firstly, Naya Homes is a property manager. This means, we help homeowners manage all aspects of their short-term rental business: from cleaning and maintenance to online listing management and guest assistance. We utilize Airbnb as a tool to market and advertise our homeowners’ homes, in addition to 15+ other international online booking platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, and Mariott Homes and Villas.
Airbnb, on the other hand, is an online booking platform that allows homeowners to post their listings online and manage bookings directly through their website. Airbnb is not involved in the day-to-day operations of the homeowner’s listing and they are not directly involved in the success of that listing. For a more in-depth explanation, feel free to

If you own a short-term rental property in one of the regions where we offer our services, you can fill out the form in the Property Management section of our website and one of our rental experts will be in touch with you to see if your property qualifies for our services.
We currently offer two main types of services: Full-service property management and digital marketing and reservation management.
Full-service property management includes all aspects of our services: Home Care, Booking Management, Revenue Optimization and Guest Services.
Digital marketing and reservation management covers all digital services we offer, including: reservation management, pricing strategy, marketing and advertising and online guest support.
Naya Homes charges a flat commission rate of 20%. For full-service management (in-house cleaning and maintenance), additional fees may apply according to the size of the property.
