The 22nd edition of Puerto Vallarta's half marathon starts at 6:30 am from La Ballena in Marina Vallarta, finishing at the Agustín Flores Contreras Municipal Sports Unit across from the Sheraton. Runners can choose between the 21K half marathon or a 5K recreational race, both following a scenic coastal route along Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. The race is sanctioned under Mexican athletics federation rules, with trophies awarded to the top three finishers in each category.
