The Grill Festival

Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center (CICPV)

Formerly known as the Vallarta Grill Festival, this is billed as the largest fire-cooking event in the state of Jalisco, held at the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center (CICPV). The two-day, family-friendly program includes grilling competitions, live demonstrations and workshops from some of Mexico's most recognized pitmasters, signature cocktails, and a dedicated kids' area.
