Prior to Naya Homes, Humberto was a Regional General Manager at CloudKitchens, where he led the company’s virtual kitchen business across Latin America. Humberto was also a Regional General Manager at Uber, where he launched ride-hailing operations in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador and led the Andean, Central American, and Caribbean regions as Regional General Manager.
Roberto spent six years working at Uber Latin America, where he was the General Manager and Head of Shared Rides. Later, he was a General Manager at North America’s leading short-term rental company, Sonder, where he launched its operations in Mexico. Curious to learn more about the FinTech space, Roberto then became the Vice President of Operations at Conekta.
Iacopo began his career as an analyst at Bain Capital where later became an associate covering private debt solutions. Later, he joined Primary Venture Partners as an Operator-in-Residence. Iacopo is also the co-founder and COO of an alcohol brand called Xoma that is dedicated to sustainable farming practices in Mexico.
Daniela Ruiz is responsible for leading Naya Homes’ global operations. Daniela has over seven years of experience working in operations and business management at some of the world’s leading startups. Prior to Naya Homes, Daniela led member experiences at WeWork, where she held events and one-on-one business sessions.
With a strong background in digital marketing and the ability to empower companies to make a name for themselves in new markets, Pamela Diosdado is leading Naya Homes' growth. Pamela is a key member in ensuring the Naya Homes experience reaches as many homeowners and guests as possible. Before Naya Homes, Pamela was one of the original members of the popular Latin American short-term rental company, Casai, where she played an important role in the company's growth across six markets throughout Mexico and Brazil.
Erika Graham leads Naya Homes’ marketing efforts with a special focus on branding, communications and content. Erika began her career in journalism and copywriting before developing a passion for marketing in the short-term rental industry. Prior to working at Naya Homes, Erika led content strategy for one of Latin America’s leading short-term rental companies, Casai.
Esteban Cardona utilizes his background in data science to maximize our clients’ earnings by developing smart pricing tools and monitoring market trends. Esteban has over eight years of experience working in sales, business operations and data science at Latin America’s leading startups; Rappi, IguanaFix and CloudKitchens.
Nancy Lozano is responsible for connecting homeowners and real estate investors with the Naya Homes offerings that will yield the most returns. With over 15 years of experience at the world’s leading startups and finance companies, including Higo, CloudKitchens, Postmates and American Express, Nancy is well equipped with skills in international sales and account management.
Maria Jose Mora is responsible for growing Naya Homes’ all-star team and nurturing staff relations. Maria Jose has over four years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting in the FinTech and Insurance industries (Allianz Partners and Tribal). She has also spent time working at agencies specialized in recruiting and human resource
Sara Malagon Mora, Accountant
Sara Malagon Mora has over 10 years of experience working in accounting and finance. Having worked at Mitsubishi and the public energy sector in Mexico, Sara is experienced at managing high-profile accounts and finances.
